This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and HashCash, Inc. (“Licensor”) for the use of Breadcrumbs (“Software”). Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to this Agreement. You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, create derivative works, copy, distribute, sublicense, lease, lend, rent, or remove proprietary notices from the Software. The Software is licensed, not sold, and all rights remain with the Licensor. Provided “as is,” the Software comes without warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and Licensor is not liable for consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages arising from use or inability to use the Software. This Agreement is governed by Delaware law, effective until terminated, and will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. By installing or using the Software, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
